The Festival Orchestra with Robert Moody Conducting
John Williams’ captivating film scores brought to life J.K. Rowling’s wizard-hero, Harry Potter. But you don’t need a want to love this music! Just bring your family, add a touch of imagination and let the magic happen!
In addition to three excerpts by Williams, the evenings’ musical enchantment includes a selection from Lord of the Rings and Bach’s dramatic Toccata and Fugue in D minor (remember Lon Chaney as the Phantom of the Opera?)
Joining the orchestra on stage will be Magician Matt Lemm, who will add choreographed feats of illusion to music by Gounod and Rossini.
And, lest the spell be broken, the concert, lasting just over an hour, will not have an intermission. This will allow plenty of time to take your favorite muggle and wizard to dinner.
